  • Practica Lunes 8pm - 9.30pm ($5pp casual rate)
Beginner classes are perfect for newcomers and those just starting out on their tango journey! Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is required. If you are ready to discover how powerful tango connection can be, love learning new skills and appreciate evocative, passionate music, then Argentine Tango is for you! Bring along a dance partner/friend/colleague and learn how to dance one of the world’s most intriguing, fun, and beautiful dances!

​Intermediate classes are great for dancers wishing to expand upon their basic tango knowledge, technique, musicality, and quality of connection, to build tango confidence and skills for beautiful social dancing.

The PRACTICA is an opportunity for you to practice and consolidate your social dance skills, ask plenty of questions, get some tips on techniques, practice exercises on your own, or with a partner. We have found that having this extra practice time is a fantastic way for students to gain confidence and reinforce their learning, getting ready for social dancing at the Milongas! All levels of tango experience are welcome.

ADVANCED WORKSHOPS- Wednesdays (from 17 January 2024
  • Studio 1 (main hall) Advanced Workshop 7-9pm (including short practica).  $30pp.
Advanced level workshops are suitable for experienced tango dancers who enjoy collaborative and dynamic learning, aim for continual improvement and refinement of their tango connection, musicality, technical and improvisational skills, and are working toward the development of exquisite quality of movement.

Private Lessons: Saturdays, Monday and Fridays (business hours) by appointment. 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of booked classes. Ph 0419 309 439 for private lesson rates.
Tango Project X: Technique and Solo Choreography training for Women (New dates to be announced). Wear comfortable training attire, and bring your practice shoes and high heels. $20pp per class.

Attending Group Classes 2024
Please book in advance for tango classes and let us know if you are planning on attending with a partner.
The health and safety of everyone is very important, particularly those most vulnerable in our community. We ask that all dancers maintain excellent hygiene and do not attend tango if feeling at all unwell. Singles and couples are welcome at tango class, and we will encourage dancers to swap partners occasionally if they are willing to do so, to enable practice of their skills. It is also ok to remain with your regular dance partner during class if that is your preference. Feel free to give us a call if you would like some more information.
